RAM by its very nature doesn’t have weak points. there are no moving parts, and with little exception, there is no software. That being said, this is a fantastic ram kit, it is definitely an overclockers dream, The Viper II Sector Five line has three stages and this isn’t even the fastest, they have a 2500MHz kit that is currently the fastest ram on the market. Looking at patriots impressive line up, it comes as no surprise that they have taken the forefront in the over-clockers world.

For the average user there is no need for ram this fast. However, with Intel’s XMP and the new unlocked processors its becoming increasingly easy to over clock your system. If your looking for an awesome way to increase the performance of your system, this ram is a great way to jump start it.
